Missouri local elections
Every local desk.
Evidence first.
A source-bounded view of all 115 Missouri county equivalents and 947 incorporated places, the annual April calendar, and official completed-cycle records from Greene and Platte counties—without turning partial authority coverage into a statewide claim.
Coverage ledger
The full denominator stays visible
All 115 county equivalents and 947 Census incorporated places remain in the index: 645 cities, 106 towns, and 196 villages. Eleven inactive places are labeled, not removed. Census-designated places and special districts stay outside this denominator.

Election calendar
An annual April municipal cycle
Missouri holds a General Municipal Election each April. The completed 2026 filing and election dates are exact; April 6, 2027 is anticipated from the statutory date rule until the Secretary of State publishes the official 2027 calendar.
Update notebook
The next distributed audit starts with the calendar
Candidate collection opens only after Missouri publishes the 2027 calendar and filing window. Local-authority result collection follows the April election; no stale 2026 filing list is presented as current.
Missouri research notes
Authority coverage, votes, and outcomes stay separate
Greene County supplies official vote totals without winner marks. Platte County supplies an official candidate list without results. CivicBallot preserves those distinctions and never substitutes vote rank for publisher evidence.

Official Census geography anchors the denominator. Missouri Secretary of State administration and calendar records are paired with Greene and Platte authority documents; blocked sources and unaudited jurisdictions remain labeled gaps.
